If you are local, you can select to pick up the gloves to save shipping fees.  All gloves are shipped via USPS.  Delivery times are 3-5 business days. 

In order to provide longevity to your gloves, it is important that your gloves are slightly wet before using them for every training.  Making sure the all parts of the palm/finger latex are wet and that the latex has absorbed the water.  This activates the gripping power of the latex.
